Highlights:

3D Printing

The entire video lecture contains the introduction of 3D printing in which students from the mechanical department have briefly explained the definition of 3D Printing in a more easy manner. Following this, the following areas of application have been touched to explore the possibility of usage of 3D printing technology in various fields. Apart from the implementation of 3D machineries in the area of automobiles, jewelry, on-shoring and space exploration have been emphasized. Besides, raw materials used in the area of 3D Printing also touched upon towards getting awareness on choosing the different materials. As well, future scope of fused deposition modeling also explained and their overwhelming uses in various fields have been discussed.

Glimpses of Python Programming

Python is usually regarded as one of the preferred programming languages to learn, yet it is now one of the most difficult to master. Anyone who works hard enough can learn Python, but becoming a Python Developer will take a lot of practice and patience. To overcome the difficulties to learn python programming and explore the secrets of the python language and its contribution to human society this topic was envisaged. To infuse the importance of the language the topics are explained in a easier manner and all current applications with detailed explanations.

Integrated Approach of Science & Engineering for Sustainable Future

"Integration of Science is based on four pillars and these are- Coming together of all science ministries and departments to work on the theme-based approach of problem-solving, extended science integration aligned with technical, engineering and medical institutes, extra science integration that is aligned with Line.

Nano Technology - The Future

Nanotechnology is the term given to those areas of science and engineering where phenomena that take place at dimensions in the nanometer scale are utilized in the design, characterization, production and application of materials, structures, devices and systems.

National Science Day - Tribute to Sir C V Raman

There is magic behind everything that you see and what happens around you. It is impossible to imagine our life without scientific invention or discovery. The magic is even greater as science has bestowed various blessing on mankind. And you come to know the science behind those wonderful magic happenings. A day to remember the sacrifices of great human beings for science.

Wormhole - Magic and Mystery

A wormhole is a special solution to the equations describing Einstein's theory of general relativity that connects two distant points in space or time via a tunnel. Ideally, the length of this tunnel is shorter than the distance between those two points, making the wormhole a kind of shortcut.

Chlorine in Our Daily Life

Chlorine has a variety of uses. It is used to disinfect water and is part of the sanitation process for sewage and industrial waste. During the production of paper and cloth, chlorine is used as a bleaching agent. It is also used in cleaning products, including household bleach which is chlorine dissolved in water.

Electric Vehicle (EV) - An Over View

The video is brief about the components and working model of an electric vehicle (cycle) manufactured by our students from the mechanical department of RIT. As of now, 15 electric vehicles are fabricated, and this project proceeds towards attaining an emission-free RIT campus in the future. As well, this video also discusses the future scope of e-vehicles along with their merits.
